Why we bother
Referral-code sites have a trust problem: many post the biggest number they can find and never check it again. With Fizz it’s trickier still, because fizz.ca contradicts itself — more on that below. So we follow a fixed routine and show our work, including what we have not verified yet.
What we checked on July 14, 2026
fizz.ca serves regional variants of its pages depending on the province it detects. On July 14, 2026, we fetched both official program pages — fizz.ca/en/invite-friends and fizz.ca/fr/inviter-des-amis — forcing each of the five region cookies in turn (Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, British Columbia), and archived every capture. Result: all five variants, in both languages, say the same thing — $25 for the new member, $25 for the referrer.
The $25 / $40 contradiction
The same day, we found fizz.ca/en/mobile — the main mobile-plans page, in its Ontario variant — advertising a $40 new-member bonus while the Quebec variant of the same page says $25. Two official pages, two numbers. We saved copies of both versions and document the whole thing, with dates, on $25 or $40?. Until Fizz resolves its own inconsistency, we present $25 as the guaranteed amount and $40 as a possibility outside Quebec — never as a promise.
What we haven’t verified yet
On July 16, 2026 we took a real new-member order to the code field and photographed both the field and the displayed bonus (captures on where to enter the code and $25 or $40) — without submitting the order. Still unverified: a complete end-to-end activation (eSIM installed, service live), the field’s exact label in the French interface, and the amount displayed in a Quebec checkout. Each will be added here, dated, when verified.
Our ongoing method
- Automated daily monitoring. A script fetches the official program pages and the plan pages every day in both languages, and reads the regional tags (
data-region) out of the markup to determine which provinces each amount applies to. It alerts us to any change in amounts or conditions, and a check it cannot complete is recorded as a failure — never as a pass. - Monthly manual review. Once a month, a human reads the official pages and our pages side by side, in case a change slips past the script.
- A dated log. Every check is added to the log below. We never log a test we didn’t run.

New rows are added after each check. A change detected between reviews is recorded the day we confirm it.
Corrections
If you spot an error — a stale amount, a condition that changed, a step that no longer matches — tell us through the contact page. We verify against official sources and fix it within a day, with the change dated.
One more piece of transparency: when someone activates with the code on this site, we receive a $25 credit on our own Fizz bill. That never changes what you get — the bonus is identical with any code. Details are on how we earn.

How often do you check the amounts?

Have you tested a complete activation?
Not yet, and we don't pretend we have. When we complete the activation flow, the checkout screenshots will be published here, with their dates.
Why do some sites advertise $40?
Because fizz.ca itself shows $40 on one page in its Ontario variant, while its program pages say $25 in all five regions. We document the contradiction on $25 or $40 and only promise the guaranteed amount.
How do I report a mistake?
Through the contact page. We check against fizz.ca's official sources and fix confirmed errors within a day, with the change dated.
Do you earn anything when someone uses your code?
