A real new-member order (Ontario, $24/month, not submitted) displayed "Referral: -$40 applied to your 3rd payment" with this site's code applied — screenshots published. The same day, a live check of all five regional variants of fizz.ca confirmed the $40 is advertised in Ontario, Alberta, B.C. and Manitoba, while Quebec pages say $25. The site's framing moved from "$25 guaranteed" to "$40 outside Quebec / $25 in Quebec", and the daily monitor now covers 15 checkpoints (both program pages plus the plans-page FAQ, across all five regions).

Site launch. The official program pages (fizz.ca/en/invite-friends and /fr/inviter-des-amis) were fetched and archived in all five regional variants (QC, ON, MB, AB, BC): every one showed $25 for the new member and $25 for the referrer. The contradiction with non-Quebec plan pages (advertising $40) was documented the same day, with saved captures.
